JanitorAI's help center and changelog do not describe in-chat image generation, voice replies or video (checked 2026-11-07). On Thirst.Chat, characters send pictures made during the chat, can reply with a voice, and you can turn a picture into a short video.
When JanitorAI is the better pick
Pick JanitorAI when its free "unlimited chats" tier is enough for you, when you want a native app for your phone, or when you already pay for a model and want to plug it in. Its paid plan multiplies context by five and adds priority access and top-model swipes.
